Search for Items
You can search for items by entering a few words into the "search by name" box. To browse by a category, select a product category from "search by category" list on the right.
Available and pre-order items
The items that are available in our mortar store are highlighted with green and are shipped within next 2 workdays after the payment is complete.
Other items that are not highlighted are ordered from various publishers several times a month thus the delivery might take up to 1 month. However we do try to make it as soon as possible.
Adding item to your cart
Once you have found the product you would like to purchase, click on the "+" button next to it`s name to add it to your cart.
If you are logged in, the items will be stored in your cart permanently, otherwise they will be reset as soos as the browsing session is over.
To remove item from your shopping cart, reduce its amount to 0 by using "-" button.
We provide various delivery options within following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland. To order delivery to a country that is not in this list you have to contact us directly via e-mail: email@example.com
Delivery in listed countries is managed by post-service companies such as Omniva, Itella etc. The delivery fee will be added to your invoice as an additional expense.
Pick-up in Tallinn option has no extra delivery fee. Our mortar store GiG Computers is located in Tallinn at Läänemere Keskus (Läänemere 30, Tallinn) and the customer can take the product as soon as he is given a message to his provided email or facebook account.
Once you are reviewed your cart and provided contact information you may proceed to check-out.
Select your payment method and follow the instructions until the transaction is complete.
All prices are given in EURO currency.
Within few minutes you shall recieve a e-mail note with confirmation fo yuor order and the invoice attached.
If you did not receive a confirmation - you may contact us by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org and request the invoice.
Manufacturer`s warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors like the use of the product.
Warranty applies to visible damage of a box or a cover during the delivery, bad printing or poor quality of components if it is the fault of a publisher or manufacturer.
Warranty does not apply to missing components of unboxed products.
Customer can demand a refund within 2 weeks after the delivery if he did not unbox the product.
Customer can demand a refund if the delivery did not happen within 2 weeks for available products or 1 month for pre-ordered products.
If the product was already delivered to a customer, the customer has to cover the return postage expenses. Product shall be send to Komanda Petrova OÜ, Virbi 2-5, Tallinn, Estonia, 13629 as soon as the refund is confirmed by our company.
